His area of expertise in labor law led him to the Trades Union Congress (TUC) to work as a Legal and Industrial Relations Officer, fighting to uphold the rights of workers.
He then held employment with the Law Alert Group as a Legal Practitioner providing legal services prior to taking a vital role in serving as Executive Secretary to the National Labour Commission, where he made a determinantal contribution toward ending labor disagreements in Ghana.
